We guarantee your satisfaction while receiving any service at Christine's Salon and Spa. If you have a concern of any kind, please
let us know promptly and we will correct it to the best of our ability.

APPOINTMENT DATES AND TIMES
We recommend arranging for your visit well in advance and arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time for any paperwork that may need filed out. We are aware that at times you may need to change or alter your appointment or services scheduled. We request that you give us a 24 hour notice of changes. Multiple service appointments must be confirmed with a Credit Card or Gift Certificate Number. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge to your Credit |

Card or the value of your Gift Certificate. Notifying us of your cancellation will allow clients on our waiting list to enjoy our services as well.

GRATUITIES
To alleviate confusion on this subject, the customary gratuity ranges from 10% to 20% of your total bill for Salon or Spa services. On this subject our motto is: "If you were pleased with your service(s), our technicians, stylists or assistant will be pleased to accept your tip".

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment is made at the Front Desk with the Salon Manager / Assistant. We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / PERSONAL CHECK or CASH. |
